The idea of this is to provide a list of strokes so that people can, if they chose, take an active roll in their own coaching, ticking off skills as they become more involved in the club.
These skills are placed in a loose logical order, but this order should not be seen as rigid.
When learning a new stroke ALWAYS practice it on both sides of the kayak. Always be prepared to learn from your coach and be prepared to re-visit the earlier skills as you improve.
